Reduce or eliminate pain - Let it go gradually:
- Ask inner mind how to let go of pain
- Accept the pain and let it go with relaxation

Relieve tension headaches:

- Draw a picture with your finger in the air of the border or perimeter of the pain. Draw very slowly and very large.

Break any unhealthy habit such as smoking, overeating, lack of exercise; nail biting, drinking, drug use, gambling, etc.:
- Imagine yourself doing what you want to do successfully; imagine yourself enjoying the benefits of having succeeded with the challenge; being in control; go into the future and image the benefits a day; week; month …. Years into the future; Imagine friends congratulating you … use all your senses ---see, hear, smell, taste and touch.
Melt and control stress. Gain inner peace and mental calmness. Control temper, anger, and "Road Rage". Mike Tyson could have used Romane's help!:
- Tense up and let go in your muscles
- Learn to relax instantly upon 1-3 breaths
- Recall times you were relaxed. Use all your senses
- Set up a "fuse" to relax instantly at a key word like "relax"; "calm", etc.
Build self-esteem, and confidence:
- Recall times of competence
- Imagine competence from the past, and into the future
- Develop an interest you have into competence by mastering a skill or talent

- Image yourself the way you want to be. Be careful what you suggest to yourself. You will probably get it.
- With the help of a good counsellor, or perhaps a book on relationships, you can create suitable hypnotic suggestions for your needs. I highly recommend a good counsellor, however, as an outsider can usually give you a more knowledgeable and objective solution to your challenges. The counsellor can help you to formulate appropriate suggestions for change.
Overcome needless worry, guilt and fears:
- Tell yourself that worry wastes valuable energy; that most things people worry about never happen; that those that will happen anyway are not worth worrying about. Do not resist the impossible to change. Resisting creates frustration. Acceptance creates mental calmness.
- Apologize, and make amends whenever you can. Promise yourself to never make the same mistake in the future. Forgive yourself for the past is long past being past; best left in the past.
- Imagine yourself in a limited fearful situation while you are in a relaxed mental state. Slowly, over many sessions, move towards a mental image of the situation that exactly resembles that which you most fear.
- Write out a plan of suggestions so that you start with the least stress provoking to the most stress provoking. Move on to the next imagery situation only when the previous one no longer creates stress. For example, with fear of exams, imagine yourself a year before the exam, 11 months, 10 months, etc. … A week before …. A day before, dressing to go to the exam, driving to the exam, etc. etc. Associate a calm situation of imagery with these fearful events, such as total body relaxation with self-hypnosis.
Control many skin conditions:
- Use imagery to visualize your skin as healing, the same as healthy skin areas on your body. Every cell has a mind of its' own waiting for you to tell it what you want it to do.
Improve your learning ability by strengthening your concentration and memory:
- Image yourself with perfect concentration. Create a clear mental picture in your mind. Use all the senses.
Fall asleep more easily:
- Do the self-hypnosis procedure above
Image yourself being wide awake in the later part of the next day.
"If I sleep, so much the better. If I don't, it doesn't matter".
Break mental barriers:
- Again, image yourself confidently successful in the situation. Use all your senses of imagery.
Increase your bust size with hypnosis. (Repeatedly proven by medical research!):
- Overcome sexual myths
- Imagine the hot sun beating upon chest

- Imagine what you want

- Check with your physician if you have low energy. There are many causes.

- Recall, in hypnosis, the feelings of joy and vitality you have after body movement.
Overcome the loss of love. Find a mate. Learn how to forgive yourself and others:
- Do not burden others by bemoaning previous unhappy relationships. Forgive the other party and move onwards to be better. Forget being bitter to be better. Forgive yourself.
- To be free - Maintain good hygiene; attractive clothing and look your best. Love yourself as a one of a kind miracle. You possess your own special gifts and you can share them with others.
- If conversation skills are lacking, use one of our tapes or see your library for a good book on conversation skills.
- Use positive affirmations and imagery to see yourself as confident, optimistic, positive.
Stop compulsive shopping:
- "Imagine yourself in control; saving money or spending money on items you need, instead of what you want."
Achieve goals:
- "We become what we think the most about." Acquire all the knowledge you can in your chosen field. Study with experts who are successful. Use imagery to see yourself performing perfectly and enjoying the benefits of success.
Gain financial success:
- Attitude is the key to financial success. There is no faster way to create a positive attitude than to use hypnosis. Working with those who are already successful in your chosen field will bring success very quickly. Even offering to work at no charge would be a wise decision. You will learn what already works by proven experience. If your goal is great financial success, always give people what they want, not necessarily what they need. Most people need stress control for a longer and healthier life, but they often want dangerous excitement or entertainment instead.
Formula for Success and Power:
- Accumulate specific knowledge that people want and are willing to purchase.
- Act on your ideas.
Master the art of success affirmations:
- Always suggest what you want, not what you don't want. Use direct suggestion and all forms of sensory imagery.
Tap hidden creative talents and your subconscious intuitive powers:
- Communicate with your inner mind lovingly, respectfully.

- Ask for the inner wisdom and solution from your inner subconscious "wizard".
Time Management:
- Make a list of what you need to do.
- Sort the list into A, B, and C categories
